Responding
I aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. If you message me at the weekend, I will contact you on Monday. I arrange a 15-minute call so we can both see if we’d be a good fit to work together. If you feel happy to go ahead, we can then look at appointments.

Working hours 
I counsel clients Monday to Thursday, 9am to 7pm.
